Religious discrimination is bullshit. YMMV. But, to be fair, I can totally see why you might feel a little "bullied". These days, a huge portion of the LGBTQ+ crowd is perhaps too vocal about them being hated by the right-wingers and exaggerating their struggle for human rights, so that they make themselves look a bit like a group of pretentious cloudcuckoolanders with all their protests, activism and flag spamming. But at the end of the day, the main difference is that the religious fanatics are always the ones who are filled with real spite and bitterness while the other side (the progressives) is more relaxed towards their sociopolitial enemy team.
I guess the solution is to simply respect the viewpoints you don't necessarily identify with. "Live and let live". Because, if you keep your current way of expressing your disagreement, you become an easy target for the progressives to pull out all of their cards to debunk your logic.
I'm a straight male furry artist so I know how it feels to be overwhelmed by those of different sexual identity, kinda. xD So what I like to do is that I like to find common ground with other members of the community and not the opposite.
